Terrible Maintenance Team
The Enclave Apt in Silver Spring MD Consumer Complaint
I am a current resident of The Enclave and have been living there for over 3 years now, the building is convenient and I like the Shuttle Services and other amenities. However, the maintenance is terrible. The maintenance folks can be very unprofessional, and do not follow proper instructions. Personally, I have seen them using their keys to enter my apartment less than a minute after knocking on the door while we were in the apartment and this happens in numerous occasions even after I reported to the management office.
